Who we are

This website and the clinic are run by Marie Shelley Laser and Medspa LLC (“Marie Shelley”, “we”, “us”), 720 Sunrise Ave Ste B204, Roseville, CA 95661. We provide medical aesthetic treatments by appointment, such as laser hair removal, wrinkle relaxers, facials, laser facials and microneedling.

Using this website

Everything on this website, including treatment pages, blog posts, photos and answers to common questions, is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified provider. Please talk to your provider before starting or changing any treatment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request a consultation or book a treatment, or be accompanied by a parent or guardian where the law allows it.

Consultation requests

Sending the consultation request form asks us to contact you. It does not book an appointment, and it does not make you a patient. We reply the way you choose (call, text or email) to find a time. Please do not include medical history in the form; we go over it privately at your visit. How your details are handled explains what the form collects and who sees it.

Text messages

If you choose to be texted, you agree to the wording shown beside that choice: “By choosing text, you agree that Marie Shelley Laser & Medspa may text you about this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

• We text only about your request and your appointments. We do not send marketing texts from this form.
• Message frequency varies with your request.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also call (916) 741-6772.
• Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointments, booking and payment

• Every service is by appointment.
• Online booking is provided by Moxie. You’ll see pricing when you choose a time online, and the booking system shows its payment and cancellation policies before you confirm.
• A valid payment method may be required to book. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a fee, as the booking policy states.
• Payment plans are offered through Cherry, under Cherry’s own terms. Checking your eligibility will not affect your credit score.

Treatments and results

Treatments are planned at a consultation and performed by trained professionals under medical oversight. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Before-and-after photos and client reviews show real experiences, not a promise of your result, which depends on your skin, health, lifestyle and aftercare. Following your pre-care and aftercare instructions is part of your treatment.

Reviews and links to other websites

This website shows our Google rating and reviews live from Google, and links to other sites, including Google, Yelp, Moxie, Cherry, Instagram, Facebook and directory listings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Our content

The text, photos, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to Marie Shelley Laser and Medspa LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Product and treatment names may be trademarks of their owners.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marie Shelley Laser and Medspa LLC and its providers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, from relying on its general information, from not following pre-care or aftercare instructions, or from outcomes outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
